It is reinforced, renovated and rebuilt from the dormitories and offices of military factories. It still uses the arc roof, green brick walls, through floor corridors, green wooden doors and small mahogany windows of that year.
The decoration and configuration of the guest rooms are in accordance with the standards of high-quality hotels. The decoration and layout restore the style of the third tier construction period.
